Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for the successful leadership and management of Mercy Street according to the strategic direction set by the Mercy Street Board of Directors (“Board”). The Executive Director should be a servant leader, follower of Jesus and model building intentional relationships in all aspects of the position.

 

Female Mentor Coordinator

Mentor Coordinators are the central hub in the mentoring process at Mercy Street. They are responsible for nurturing mentors, students, and the student’s family.  Mentor Coordinators provide ongoing training for mentors and plan and implement events to support the mentoring relationship. In addition, Mentor Coordinators play an active role in cultivating the Leadership Institute initiative by identifying and shepherding those students that are faithful, available and teachable.

Soccer Coordinator

The Soccer Coordinator helps in the oversight and execution of the Mercy Street sports program through the recruitment of coaches, organization of teams, camps and leagues, setting schedules, running games and field maintenance. The Soccer Coordinator also assists the Director of Sports in coordinating and implementing an effective sports ministry program that is connected to and complements the overall ministry of Mercy Street.
