Database Manager

The Database Manager is responsible for entering data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes.  In addition, the Database Manager manages the mentor intake process and works closely with all directors to make sure that the flow of information is most accurately stored and communicated.

Requirements: High School graduate or GED. Strong computer skills with Salesforce and Bloomerang knowledge preferred and Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication. The ability to problem solve and the desire to make systems work better. A high attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and work for several different directors. Trustworthy with a high-sense of confidentiality. The ability to follow-up with co-workers to obtain necessary information.
