Please submit form no later than 4 weeks before each event date. You may certainly do so earlier, as well. If you plan to start promoting sooner than 4 weeks before the event date, you must submit the form earlier than 4 weeks in advance in order to have materials ready in time.

Please note that this will only be prioritized for 2-3 events per year for each department. Any other events are up to the photographer’s discretion.
